James Patrick Delicatessen

A big thank you to Kelly for providing delicious food for my parents' 60th anniversary celebration. All of the guests had high praise for the tasty dishes, fresh ingredients, and fabulous flavors. I highly recommend James Patrick for any event or function. Yummy!

I would like to express my gratitude to Kelly and the James Patrick team. We ordered catering for a small family gathering and the food was fantastic! We ordered the gold buffet, 2 lasagnas, and a tiramisu, all of which were delicious and nicely presented. The staff was very accommodating and I will definitely be using James Patrick again in the future.

I visit James Patrick's restaurant every week, usually 2 or 3 times. The staff are always very professional, friendly, and helpful. The food is incredible with a great variety to choose from - amazing sandwiches, delicious soups, fresh salads, and more. It's always an amazing experience, 10 out of 10 every time. Keep up the great work, and thank you.

They usually enjoy eating from here, but the service is always absolutely terrible. the employees are very rude and eating needs to be done forever, as the personal seems to be distracted by personal discussions, both with colleagues and some customers. the personal also... seem to have favorites that they will serve first, at my recent visit a woman who was two people behind us was served before us when the staff seemed to be friends with her. I enjoy eating here but every time I come back, the service seems to get worse, which is very out of the setting, I can't see that I come back when this goes on. I have spoken to other natives who I know, who also agree with this decline of the service. I would like to see an improvement!

Just visited this deli service very rude while l was waiting guy walked in when straight into the kitchen walking past the hand sanitiser chatted to those in the kitchen gave them a hug and walked out so much for COVID control won’t be back
