Black Bull - East Riding of Yorkshire

Friendly pub, nice athmosphere, good selection of ales, great pies and fish and chips.

As in other posts for this establishment, the girl behind the bar left us feeling like some one who was an alien. Came across as didn't giving a toss who she upset. I asked for 3 drinks, she only served 2 and gave the impression that that was our fault. I asked if food was being g served she said everyone comes to the bar for everything. We sat down, finished our drinks and left. On leaving I confirmed her name was Emma. I told her to look at the reviews of the place.

A nice pub but it is a bit pricier than other pubs in the town

Had a lovely welcome for Lorraine and Emma when we visited, they were really friendly and welcoming, we were visiting the area for a few days for my husband's 60th birthday. Great atmosphere and so bloody friendly we went back again. Thankyou ladies you are amazing.

Have been every time we've been pocklington area on holiday never been let down staff n food is amazing is all I can say big screen out side .Staff couldn't do enough to make sure I meal was perfection
