Dunkin' - East Ridge

I started getting Dunkin’s coffee recently, and they make my drink different every single time.I have to get decaf coffee because of medical reasons, and my coffee this morning was not decaf and I didn’t realize it until I spent the entire day today experiencing the side affects of the medium coffee I drank.I’ve heard that some places avoid making decaf because they are out and not informing the customers, not sure if this is the case or not…

Staff always super friendly and helpful, they always start my day off right. Love this place and highly suggest. Super helpful and quick!

They had almost no donuts, the ones that were there didn't even have the corresponding flavors, they never served me, their employees don't care about the customers, terrible service, I would give them 0 stars

This Dunkin never checks my order before giving it to me. I've been given the wrong thing several times. Also, I don't know why, but they refuse to put the sourdough sandwich in a bag by default, so they're always forgetting it. HEY DUNKIN: THE BOTTOM OF THE SANDWICH BOX IS GREASY AND NO ONE WANTS THAT ON THEIR CAR SEAT. PUT IT IN THE BAG!!!

This is probably the best dunkin' donuts I've ever been to in my entire life. The donuts were fresher than anything I've ever tasted before, All the food was fresh and the owner even cares about decorating for the holidays and it's a nice personal touch.
