Nice staff and lovely toasties! Lovely girl clearing tables and sanitising whilst we were in. I was very impressed with the cleaning regime. Thank you.

Poor service. Staff would rather play with their children than to serve customers. Black Forest Hot Choc is just a hot choc with cream instead of with added syrup (depending on who makes it! . I've had food poisoning from this store in the past! Use another more local store if possible!

The Costa at Tesco Northallerton is the best , busy friendly and the staff are excellent .I have witnessed them really helping their customers on a regular basis and know lots of customers by their first names .I can highly recommend It's our favourite coffee shop and my family and I frequent it nearly daily . sometimes twice in a day

All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to help customers. I can not praise them enough. Thank you, and keep up the outstanding work you all do.

Love this costa, staff are friendly. Drinks are always great. Only trouble is when I go there it's always so busy.
