Penang Village - East Preston

My partner and I were in the area and decided to have Chinese food for dinner. We found Penang Village while searching for local restaurants and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. The food was delicious, the service was attentive and friendly. We were the only ones dining in during our meal, so we can't speak to the atmosphere, but we enjoyed the quiet. We even inquired about a plant in the restaurant and were given a rooted cutting as a gift. We highly recommend this restaurant and wish the owners and staff all the best. This experience will not be forgotten and we will definitely return when we are back in the area.

The restaurant is family-run and has a friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious. Our group of 5 was able to enjoy a late night meal at 10pm.

Eat at the Penang many, many times, great food always beautifully prepared and presented. Nick and his mum very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend to all, best Chinese restaurant in the area.

Best Chinese restaurant in the area. We’ve been going there for many years. Would recommend. Good food and lovely staff. I ate there last night (25/8/20) with family and the restaurant felt very safe. The owner and her son wore face coverings and hand sanitiser was readily available. Even with a reduced menu there was plenty of choice. We all ate well and the meal was tasty and the usual good quality. Would certainly recommend.
