Dunkin' - East Petersburg

Eating is always good staff is always friendly. luv her sour cream chive bagel minimizes her roasted tomato avocado toast. a visit or 2 is a part of my regular weekend routine. they do not open before 5 o'clock, I start working at 5 o'clock, otherwise I would visit on the way to work during the week. I do sometimes on the way home from work.

This happened last week at 5/3/22. I think brothers work there and 2 brothers were fighting outside the faust and one of their friends also works there and one of the brothers hit them. I came out of my truck to help the poor girl, and she kept calling me a n mind you, she is white and her bf was mixed. I'm back until the bulls came. I guess she loved hitting. this guy is the worst and most ratchet. close it. P.s, when they go to this dunkin, they pulled out their phone and took it up for their defense. I feel like cops are called here a few times a week.

Less than average quality, service overall satisfaction.Completely failed to give correct donuts ordered. The quality of the Donuts given to us was terrible. Almost no creme filling and the Donuts were quite dry.My Wife asked for a Glazed, Creme-Filled and I asked for Boston Creme, but neither was in the box. That's a big concern. We're they not listening, or did they just not care?They gave us 1 napkin for 3 people and when I asked for more, they responded with agitation and attitude.I'm not sure what's going on with DD as a brand, but this location has reduced my already meager expectations to the point I'm not sure I can continue to support the chain.Do Better or just close.

I had a terrible experience with the manager at this Dunkin' Donuts. The manager showed a lack of respect for customers. I would advise going to any other restaurant instead of this one.

Always getting my order wrong i just wasted money on 5 donuts that i don’t like because they don’t know how to give me the right donuts i ordered get better customer service your store is terrible
