We visited a busy evening and there were no tables for our party. The employees were able to combine tables and put us immediately. The food was good. My only complaint is that the waitress did not give us a sushi menu or even tells us that Sushi was available until we saw that the order of another party was placed on their table. I asked and she brought a sushi menu although we had a party of 8. Luckily we caught it all the time and we could enjoy a good meal!

We had the honour to meet Sushi Chef Michael tonight. The passion and charisma he brings to the trackside team is excellent. Did you know they use the freshest ingredients for all their sushi? Rice from Japan and Korea? Together with a wealth of knowledge and skills to bring the greatest sushi to the Poconos! Enough catcher about food! We need to share the amazing service we have received. Tabitha, when you see this, share this amazing smile and great personality! We really enjoyed the meal because you! Michael, the owner, always walks around and makes table touches to make sure everyone enjoys his experience! Really great to see a dedicated owner who is proud of his business! Sushi is back at Trackside. Sushi Chef Michael is a sushi master. Fresh, Very high quality. I’ve never had better sushi. It’s a must try. I also have celiac and haven’t been able to eat sushi in 4 years. He was able to make me a whole gluten free platter. Trackside Sushi is an experience.

So happy that sushi/sashimi is back at Trackside. The display is beautiful and the sushi is so fresh. The sushi chef did a great job. The wait service by Jada was exceptional. Very attentive to our needs, very friendly and peppy. It was great that the owner stopped by our table and said hello. It’s those little things that keep you going back. Highly recommended.

Calling all sushi lovers… omg I’m in sushi heaven. Fresh, delicious and better yet NOT overpriced. We ordered the Mexican roll and Surf Turf and they were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere here and the staff are always top notch. Shout out to our server Jess… super sweet and attentive!! If you’re in the area you have to stop and try the sushi and grab a side of wings. The BEST!!
