Silver Moon - East Perth

I arrived around 8 o'clock and the restaurant wasn't very crowded. I was excited to try the dim sum. The pork siomai and shanghai dumplings were okay. The kids ordered sweet and sour chicken, which came as a solid piece with no bones and was cooked well. We also had fried rice with prawns and eggs (without spring onions), which was delicious, and Singapore fried meehoon with chicken (without egg), which was also tasty. If you're from Jakarta, you can request a spicier meal or ask for chili oil. We requested a mango and coconut pudding but it wasn't available. The service was good, even though there was only one server for three tables. Keep up the good work!

Love the food here. There were just a few dishes that were not that good, but overall the food was good. Service was quick and staff were friendly.

Wonderful fish, noddles are good and rice is fine. Neighbourhood gem, definitely. And open everyday, which is great not common on East Perth.

The food at this restaurant is amazing and the prices are reasonable. The sweet and sour soup is a must-try. My only complaint is that the BBQ pork was not as crispy as I prefer. I ordered online and it was delivered in 30 minutes.

I went for a Sunday yum cha lunch. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the price was reasonable.
