Panera Bread - East Peoria

I love this Panera with its convenient kiosks located by the entrance. It's easy to order and get in quickly.

Most other Panera's I have been to give you the little buzzer thing for when your food is ready they holler out names here sometimes very loud a little disruptive if you are having conversation with your dinnermates. But maybe that's fun for the workers. Soup is good sandwich ok I couldn't really taste the bacon on my sandwich though.

My two colleagues and I ordered lunch for delivery. The order ticket that came with our food was accurate, but unfortunately, none of us received our french baguette as promised. One of us also requested extra dressing which we did not receive. To top it off, we were only given 2 spoons, 1 knife, and 1 fork for three people. The total cost of the lunch was over $50, yet we did not receive our complete orders. I tried calling the restaurant twice but no one answered to address the delivery issues or speak with a manager. Sadly, I will be avoiding Panera in the future.
