Chipotle Mexican Grill - East Peoria

My wife and I were back from carbondale and it was late so we were the online order. When I arrived there, the pickup was very easy, but...if I came to the car to check the order, the chips and Caso-Dip were not in the pocket. I went back and they ran out of chips. they gave me an 800 number to get a refund. my only complaining is that they didn't tell me when I picked up the order, if I had waited to check the order after I had come home, I would have to call and go through extra steps. Just make sure they check the order before they leave the load when they always takeout.

The staff was rude, and the tables were dirty. The drinks and vegetables were poorly prepared. Although there were many employees around, there was a lack of personal responsibility. I found myself having to ask for everything two or three times just to receive what I considered standard service. This place used to be good, but it's no longer the case. The staff really needs to be trained in customer service for a better experience.

Absolutely love chipotle tried the new Guajilo steak and ive unfortunately with food poisoning (I intermittently fast and eat nothing else all day) it is isolated to my stomach and the doctor said 100% it is food poisoning. be careful at this place, I am not sure whether food safety practices are up to par. I probably go over the river from now on to find chipotle.

The chicken was cold and tough, and the tacos were poorly made. The shells tasted stale, and the guacamole appeared old and didn't have the usual flavor. The quality of the food has really declined, and I won’t be returning.

Love Chipotle!! Unfortunately this location has some issues and I would not recommend. I was there before 8 pm, a full 2 hours before they closed? they were out of multiple items on the options for your burrito or bowl and had no one cooking or working to make up for these deficiencies. There was at least 5-6 different workers present and yet the store was dirty with many tables that needed attention. To top that off they sold the people in front of me fountain drinks without telling them that the fountain drink machine was not working and their only real option for a drink was lemonade. Dine elsewhere!
