Mcdonald's - East Palo Alto

I never used to be lazy about walking into McDonald's to get a drink but after swimming for an hour and then doing a hard Zumba class for an hour, it's really nice to get my soda at the drive-up spot and not have to wait and drive through

Terrible service!!!Today we tried to order through Drive Thru, and the lady named Berenice refused to take my daughter 's order 3 times!Rude, disastrous lady with terrible customer service!

I was supposed to get my iced coffee for like a $1 +tax but this lazy Latino guy at the drive thru charged me almost $4 dollars for it . I was using the app that why I was gonna get my iced coffee for a dollar+

The service is horrible, it takes a long time, I wanted to order a coffee.

Horrible worst customer service look at this melted trash. It's embarrassing to just sit there and argue or I would have returned it. I wish I had an assertive girlfriend to do this type of **** for me I'm embarrassed smh
