Pizza Hut - East Palestine

The service is always fantastic and I really appreciate the extended hours.

-1 star. Ordered at 619pm was to be delivered at 755 ok cool no biggie good didn’t arrive till after 830pm, and it was cold. I would have went and picked it up since I only live a couple blocks away but I just had surgery and I’m not allowed to drive. Was super disappointed and when I called the phone just rang.

I am currently at the restaurant that serves both Pizza Hut and Taco Bell.

This restaurant is terrible. The food tastes like cardboard and the pizza is awful. I used to love their tacos pizza, but not anymore. It tastes like garbage covered in tomato sauce. Pizza Butt needs to improve their quality.

The pizza was delicious. I placed an order online and it stated that my order would be ready in 20 to 30 minutes. I arrived at the pick-up window after 30 minutes, only to be told that it would be an additional 20 minutes. I left and came back in 20 minutes to pick up my order. It seems like there may be a communication issue between the website and the store. It was clear that they were very busy. This was the first time this has happened to me.
