Tropical Smoothie Cafe - East Northport

Waited 25 minutes to make wrong order went back into explained to workers how to make it and made it wrong again. no training. it's just a panic press.

Very professional the quality of the food is excellent

I placed an order through the Tropical smoothie app for a Baja wrap. I called the store directly to make sure my order was correct and asked for the wrap to be turned into a bowl instead. I was assured it was not a problem and asked that both sauces requested (pineapple salsa, extra j sauce) be placed on the side and not forgotten, they confirmed everything was fine. I received my order the bowl was all lettuce, 2 pickled red onions in the entire bow along with 2 pieces of chicken. I called and spoke with Destiny, who was not polite or pleasant to speak with at all. Destiny confirmed they ran out of the pineapple salsa and had no idea why I only received 2 pieces of chicken and no j sauce. I'm at work on lunch break, I cannot leave to have my lunch replaced. I asked if they can send someone to replace it, I was told I can come in for a replacement myself. I asked for a manager several times and Destiny stated they were really busy and no managers were available and the manager will say the same thing she just said. I asked for a refund and Destiny stated they have to figure out what to do because it's not through them? Again I asked for a manager she asked why and I informed her it's because of her disgusting, rude attitude, everything else I was willing to be patient while they figured out, I was hung up on after that. IF YOUR EMPLOYEE, DESTINY, IS NOT HAPPY WITH HER JOB SHE NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER ONE. I've never had this happen to me at this location. She should in no way represent your company ever!!!!

The two girls working were so kind and patient when they didn’t have exactly what I wanted and went out of their way to help. They were helpful and just happy people that really created a great experience for myself and other customers. Makes all the difference to want to come back!

I recently relocated and I order from here almost 4 times a week for the last month. I got a smoothie Tiffany suggested it’s like and island green with peanut butter, whey, one scoop of white or dark choc. It is the freaking best !!!!!!!! and she makes it the best every time !!!!!
