The Docs Inn - East Moline

I've visited this location twice so far, and I've enjoyed the food and the cold drinks. It has a cozy, hole-in-the-wall vibe. The decor, the food, and the staff all contribute to a down-to-earth and cool atmosphere. My only concern is the prices. I understand that prices are generally high right now, but the overall vibe of the place doesn't quite align with the elevated costs.

Ordered an appetizer because I’m 8 months pregnant and hadn’t eaten all day- Appetizer didn’t come until the same time as the food, my food order wasn’t even put in, ran out of my side option by the time they finally put my food order in. No money taken off the bill for the fact that I didn’t even have a side or that they didn’t bring my food until ten minutes after everyone else or simply for the inconvenience. My husband asked for a water 3 separate times and it was never brought. Our bills were messed up but at that point no one wanted to bother fixing things because of how bad it was. Worst experience I’ve had here.

Had a coupon so wanted to try it. Omg! The Italian beef was amazing. Didn't realize it was more bar atmosphere, MY only downside.

Best kept secret......cold beer, tasty Italian beef sandwich , cold slaw and chips. Give it a try!

This used to be a decent place to sit and enjoy an evening with good food and friends. No longer is that true. All the booths have been removed and replaced by gambling machine. Only enough room to seat 18 people with a table. The customers were extremely loud and not considerate of others. The menu has changed. Only a few different sandwiches. No fries any more, but you do get an enormous amount of potato chips. Waitress never returned to see if we needed another drink or anything. It used to be a place where I could enjoy a variety of food with my family. Now it's not a place I would take my children for a good burger.
