Contribuiți la feedbackThis location claims to open at 10am. But it's almost never open by 10am. More like 10:30am. Then when people ask if the place is open, the staff is visually annoyed.
Walked in with my daughter, Marlow, the manager was sitting down, when she saw us she sighed super.loudly and rolled her eyes and slumped up to help us the way she talked the whole time, the eye roll, and the sighs made it clear she did not want to be helping anyone. No customer service at all I have been working customer service for years and I know you have bad days but never would I be so blatantly rude to someone. The other girl who was working I couldn 't see her name tag, black and bleached hair, but she was very sweet just figured you should know your manager was very rude and clearly doesn 't want to be there.
I got hired to work at Sbarro the general manager name Travis, schedule me to go in for training, and when I went in for training he sent me home n made me feel very uncomfortable and was being very rude and disrespectful towards me for wearing makeup that wasn't even dramatic. I'm not sure if he was the general manager or just a manager but either way it wasn't alright about how he interacted with me about it. The tone that he gave was very homophobic vibes even though he schedule me for the interview and had no problems about it until I came in to work. I felt very disgusted by the way that he talked to me and he could've handled that in a different setting place. Honestly, don't recommend. The work environment isn't LGBTQ+ friendly. I told my team about it and they were concern about the information and said they were going to make complains to corporate.
Last time i got the pizza from the Superstition Spring Mall in MesaI paid them $5 in cash and $1.22 by card but after few days i checked they charged me $6.22 after letting them know they just said “the system was down” So the customers have to pay to upgrade your systems or what? The manager doesn’t seem apologetic neither talk about refund . So much disappointed.
All is good. Just not sure one should follow their mechanics of eating their pizza as advertised on their pizza liner/wrapper? Fold-Bite-Swallow-Repeat. I believe one must chew their food first before swallowing. God forbid some chokes on their food following those instructions. You never know?
