Mod Pizza - East Mesa

The staff was very friendly. That’s about the only good thing I have to say. They were not dressed professionally. Sweatpants and a T shirt and one girl was in tight cut black boys boxer underwear … that’s what they looked like. The pizza was way too crispy… overcooked.The place was clean. So at least there’s that.I will not go back.

The pizza has always been delicious! I know it's hard to hire and keep hard-working, reliable staff members, but there were only 3 employees working during a very busy dinner time, 6 pm. Out of the 3, only two were working hard. Very long wait to place order, pay and receive our pizzas. No comments from any of the staff about our wait times.Our food was hot and delicious, though.

The workers were moving with no urgency and took forever to even help us. When we walked in they were at cleaning at 8:30 WHEN THEY CLOSE AT 10 PM AND COULDNT EVEN WELCOME US IN. They finished prepping our pizzas and then left them on the counter to go in the back and keep on cleaning. Like are we supposed to put them in the oven ourselves! WTH?!?! Absolutely horrible experience. Do not come here.

Pizzas are good however if we are paying such a high price for a tiny pizza, the service should be speedy and quick. The workers are under staffed and very slow.

We had a group of 4th-6th graders that had a long day, our server Naveah took the time to care for our kids and made them feel special even after a hard day. The kids loved creating their own pizzas everything was delicious.Kid-friendliness: Our kids loved the options.
