We had a fantastic first experience at this restaurant and will certainly return. The pizza was incredible and the homemade pasta was delicious. The service was outstanding.

My first visit to Redstone Pasta Co. was amazing. The food was delicious and the ambiance inside the restaurant was beautiful. However, the standout part of the experience was the exceptional service provided by Sal. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and eagerly answered all of our questions. We were so impressed that we will definitely request him next time we visit. We ordered the pork and the pops pizza, and the bread that came with the meal was fresh and tasty. We are looking forward to returning to Redstone Pasta Co. again soon.

I apologize that this place in East Longmeadow is on another level, surpassing the local restaurants. The food was incredible, with everything delicious and bursting with unique flavors. The chicken wings were coated in an amazing garlic parmesan sauce with a hint of rosemary, giving them a rich earthy taste. The pizza dough was light, thin, and fluffy. The Butternut Squash Ravioli were a standout dish, and the Brussels sprouts were perfectly crispy. The pasta chips were a unique and crispy experience. The drinks were also fantastic, with a solid selection of local beers, creative cocktails, and classic options. My wife loved the espresso martini. The staff was very helpful, polite, and professional. The atmosphere was cozy, with the highlight being the wood stoves where the pizza is cooked. The decor had a modern rustic feel, with wood, metal, and flowing elements. It felt like a restaurant you would find in NYC, not East Longmeadow. We will definitely be returning to try more of the menu. One piece of advice for the management: consider offering the Butternut Squash Ravioli as both an appetizer and an entree, as we wanted more of this delicious dish. The only small issue was that the Brussels sprouts were a bit salty, but it did not detract from our overall enjoyment.

I went to dinner last night with my friend. we had done before the time. we went in and sat right away. server was there when we sat with water. the menu and the drinks offers were interesting and the price was reasonable. we chose the butternut squash raviolis, chopped salad, a kartoffel pizza and a pizza with a special kind of pfefferoni on it. eating came on a timely basis, hot and well prepared. the ravioli were homemade with a delicious sauce. chopped salate was fresh and well seasoned. the pizzas were super delicious tasting crust and creative toppings. we had only ordered half the pizza because my friend was vegetarian. the manager came by to make sure that the food was on our standard and the cakes were prepared for the right way. dessert was a warm pancake with vanilla ice cream and strawberries. a wonderful experience we decided to repeat. Look at it!

Checks all the boxes!!! The service puts it over the top. It's so nice to see a very happy staff. Their positive energy and, attentiveness towards the customers are fantastic. 5 stars will be back plus great TVs.
