Mcdonald's Beacon Bay Drive-thru

The drive-through had a very long line, so I went inside to place my order. It took 15min to prepare an ice cream. Worst service ever

To slow to be called a drive through, food was dry and tasteless, chips were stale, asked for fresh ones, which took another 5 mins. Spent 45 minutes in the drive through only to have sub par results.

Been sitting waiting 30min for drive through on a Friday night and still have not been helped. Ridiculous bad service

Service was very good from the lady we dealt with. What a pleasure to see someone enjoying their job.

This is one of my children's most favourite spots. The establishment is conveniently located along the N2 highway, away from the CBD congestion. There's plenty of parking. Drive through that is open 24 hours is also both a great option (when one doesn't feel like getting in store) and a convenience to grab that late night bite in times of need.
