Ordered the grand chicken meal with a coke. I cannot eat spicy food yet thats what i got. I never ordered it spicy. It was a meal gone to waste. I even paid extra for a regular coke and not sugar free yet i got a sugar free. Very disappointing. Not the first order mess up either. There's always something.

Excellent service, cashiers knew exactly what to do and my orders came fast with no errors.

We have always loved going to the bird park. Love viewing the birds! They are exceptional creatures. The food is a tad pricey but I guess its to keep the doors open. So we don't mind. Some enclosures do need more water bowls and small ponds for the ducks. As the small enclosure that houses ducks, peacocks, Ibis etc. has very little water bowls and no pond for the ducks. The pond for the swanns need desperate cleaning! It's filthy! We enjoyed the show! We appreciate the work that goes into this park. I know that it has not been easy with past global issues. We will keep on supporting the park! The birds always makes us smile!
