I am sorry to say that I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I went the day before and enjoyed a pack of 4 doughnuts for £1.50. While looking at the ice cream prices, I saw one for £1.30 with a flake. The next day, I went to buy the ice cream and the guy asked if I wanted a large, but I said I just wanted the £1.30 one with the flake. However, when I got the ice cream, it had some sauce on it, making it a small cone with ice cream and a flake. The guy then told me it was £1.80. I explained that I wanted the one I saw in the picture, but he said that was a kids' size. I was frustrated because I had to scramble to find an extra 50p, almost only bringing the exact amount as listed. Moral of the story, always ask for clarification on the price before purchasing. Despite the mix-up, the ice cream was delicious and reminiscent of Mr. Whippy. It was a nice original treat, especially since the McFlurry machine at McDonald's had been broken all week, and I just needed an ice cream fix.

The ice cream with flake was delicious at only £1.60, a great deal! I also got 4 donuts for only £1, which was a bargain. Despite waiting for fresh hot donuts, the service was quick. This is now my favorite spot for a seaside treat!
