Tropical Smoothie Cafe - East Lansing

Had a friend there for lunch and it was great. Recommend the Thai Chicken Wraps. But one thing... When we gave up our order, we were intimidated, but surprisingly, our packages were handed over to us in plastic-to-go bags. My smoothie came into a polystyrene cup. The whole mood was friendly, but the excess plastic and styrofoam seem strongly environmentally friendly. Here, TSC and other companies hope to look more carefully to minimize plastic and polystyrene in our world.

Mediocre food and smoothies for too high price. And it takes forever to get your food. Yes, they cook it right in front of your face so you know it's fresh, but fresh food can still be bad food, and that's what this place has. It is edible and serves if you are desperately hungry, but the wait is too long to be worth it. Go to McAllister's for a good sandwich or wrap

AMAZING INDISTINCTLY!!! We ordered Uber Eats and our driver forgot, our smoothies are just bringing the other foods. We tried to contact him, but he didn't answer his phone. We contacted Tropical Smoothie to find out if the driver had picked up the smoothies but had not left them in our house, or whether he never picked them up. They told us he never picked them up and I asked if there was any way to deliver them now. They said unfortunately they couldn't, but then they offered us to override the delivery directly from them (I would have done this from the beginning if I knew that I could! and reimburse us for the smoothies!!! It wasn't even her fault! A million stars for this location and its manager whose name I didn't catch. Thanks Tropical Smoothie!!!

First time at this chain, but not the last. This is really good food. I had the hummus wrap; kid had the Cajun shrimp wrap and wife had the chicken bacon ranch flatbread. Good food, good staff. A very young staff, but very helpful and attentive. They seem to do massive business, yet they get it right. We are now fans of this chain. There is one pretty close to where we live (nowhere near East Lansing) and we will visit it soon. The prices are very fair for the quality of the food. At this location, management must be pretty good, as the staff were really helpful and attentive. For a college town, this is not expected.

Pretty good place, went their with a buddy, we both had a chicken bacon southwestern type wrap, and chocolate/strawberry/banana smoothie! The wrap was delicious and the smoothie was fantastic, I'm diabetic and they added Splenda in instead of sugar, it tasted just like a banana split.
