Snowflake Cafe - East Lansing

A really excellent healthy alternative to the usual lunch. This is essentially a bowl of fresh vegetables and beans, rice or salad along with some fresh raw fish. You can choose any combination of ingredients you want from a complete selection. A little like Subway just much better and more interesting. I like the Poke Burrito with fish, vegetables and a seaweed.

This contribution should let people know that the Poké Lab is open again. I'm just waiting for my food so I can't comment on food, but I see numerous contributions saying that they were / are closed. I don't know when they're back open, but now they're open. There are current hours Monday to Friday noon until 8:00. So if you waited for me to come here, you can now.

Wonderful! It's great that East Lansing has such a special place! Bingsoo was DELICIOUS! It was more than enough to share with my friend after dinner. The service was very friendly and the decor is so beautiful and modern. Very clean. LOVE this place cannot wait to go back!

Pretty good. They were from the salad when we left, but substituted edamame. We ordered online and retrieved for about 2 hours later. Everything was room temperature when we got it, so I think they did it and left it on the pickup shelf for 2 hours. Overall, I liked Poké Fresh around the corner better.

Fresh, delicious build your own poke bowls and burritos. Only complaint is I wish they offered mixed greens for a salad base....all they have is iceberg lettuce. I’ll be back for sure.
