Pizza Hut - East Lansing

My first, first order for delivery. The pizza was delicious and hot. I was there. The second time I ordered it, half the topping slipped off the pizza. Order it at the right time, they would probably be better.

The pizza is always delicious from this place, orders were always right. The staff is also great. But they've been undermining lately, and it's been waiting long when I came. They are always behind and typically have only one person working! One! They don't owe the employees to come back like that. I want to look somewhere else until they have at least a few people on the staff.

I ordered from this place and after waiting, cried and finally asked what was up. They said the driver never showed up, but never alerted me as such. They gave me a nice discount for the next time on my account, but was not proactive to let me know that I would not receive my order. That was unprofessional and disillusioning to let customers just wait for something they knew would never happen.

Order online for pickup said 15 to 25 minutes. Got it in 25 minutes and not even in the oven. He explained that he was the only person who worked and apologized said about 15 minutes. I went back to the car for approx. 25 minutes and went in and waited 5 minutes. I felt very bad for employees cuz obviously, whoever schedule has no idea how they do their work. Do not recommend football games on Sunday.

You said it was 15 minutes. Drove the 15 minutes there and tried as the big sign said. Wait 10 minutes on the phone just to be suspended. We hadn't paid yet, so we decided to hit our head to cancel our order, and the last one said something that we couldn't understand her with her, but she didn't even turn around so that we just left. Never come back here.
