Denny's - East Lansing

I always have a great experience with Dennys. 8/27 from any reason, the online order said an hour of the prep time. I took it easy and reached there after 30 minutes. yikes, my order was not ready. the personal was friendly, but there was no explanation about such a long time of a small order for 3’s preparation. somehow I observe a special problem with denny’s that the pages are always random or lack of what I have chosen in the online order. it could be a system glitter where the personal does not allow to pick up the articles or miss pages of articles. when I died of hunger, I went without checking. thank you for fixing the parking lot? I hit this one several times when the parking was a bit dark.

Came in here today at 10:40. we ordered our food at 10:50. there were people who sat after us. convince the people who sit shortly after us. he started to get her food before we did. Then the waitress came up and said our food comes next. then she went up and pulled out the line. she went past us and took the food to another table. this is the worst service I ever had from a breakfast community. we got up at 1120.

They need to plan to tear this restaurant. the parking lot was terrible. terrible deep holes. they had only three people. the restaurant was not very clean. but the ones who were there have done their best to ensure that we got good food at a good price. it's a pity that Dennys doesn't invest in their people anymore.

Breakfast is the best of all time. anyway and every day down. I went into this 24 hours denny and was told that unfortunately we are closed an hour to keep our kitchen back. I know it doesn't look busy now, but we were just smashed. Excuse me, that a 24-hour dunny is closed to increase? that's like unheard. I'll never try to get to this place again.

The parking lot. Omg. The potholes are HUGE. Food is usually good, but today was a different story. It wasn't busy at all, for the record. There was no soup in stock today, and this has happened before. I got cheese sticks, and they were so over fried that there was literally no cheese in them. It must have all busted out the sides in the fryer. Everything else was also super over cooked. And the two small dishes for the moz sticks were visibly dirty. Cheese and chocolate were stuck to the bottom and the tops looked greasy. The service is always nice, everyone is always so personable. I feed so bad for them because I heard they were so short staffed that their servers have to do dishes AND serve. Come on, Dennys. There's gotta be a better way. Do better by your employees
