Contribuiți la feedbackCome here every Wednesday night with a party of roughly 5-8. We?ve never had any issues, great food, make sure to give decent tips (for those of us who have room in our budget , and always have had great interactions with our usual waiter, Zack. WithZack transitioning out of his shifts, our party started being waited on by a young woman with an *exceptional* attitude. Thisevening, we had a couple of new group members, who our waitress felt the need to call out at the end of our bill for not tippingover 20%, and claimed that ?no one wants to wait on [us] anymore due to [our] lack of tips.? Ignoring the fact that we usuallygo above and beyond with our tips, especially when we receive good service (thanks Zack! . Once Zack officially leaves, welikely won?t be back. Used to really enjoy coming to Crunchy?s, but with their newly employed moody staff, the place has lostits vibe.
Great little bar to stop and grab a drink and a bite to eat. Friendly staff, packed during a Sunday game, exciting crowd!
The food at the restaurant was excellent, but the karaoke experience was a bit underwhelming. There was a lack of organization, which was a bit discouraging as some people got to sing more than others. I would suggest they consider implementing a more equitable rotation system like I have seen at other places.
This restaurant leans more towards being a restaurant than a bar. The walls are decorated coolly and the staff was friendly. The burger, onion rings, and salad were all delicious. A big mug of Labatt or Miller beer was priced at under $5, making it a great deal. If I find myself back in East Lansing, I will definitely visit this place again.
I'm not usually a fan of bars, but Crunchy's had a great college bar atmosphere with posters and names scrawled by college kids. They really nailed their focus on being a college bar. I always rate a place based on how well they achieve their intended atmosphere or theme. The food was decent for bar fare, and overall, the bar had a good scene. If a fancy hotel wanted to achieve a modern look, they would have items in their rooms that give off a modern vibe. This is what I mean by the "focus of topic".
