The Port Jackson - East Hertfordshire

I always keep an eye out for a Wetherspoons because you can always count on good value and usually good service. While some Wetherspoons can be quite classy, others may disappoint. However, this particular Wetherspoons had excellent service, offering good quality food and drinks at a reasonable price. The restaurant had ample space and plenty of tables to choose from. Although I enjoyed my meal here, I couldn't help but feel that it lacked atmosphere and reminded me more of a cafeteria than a cozy restaurant.

I must say that the port Jackson must be the best wetherspoons I've been into The staff are always smiling and very helpful The lady who served me was amazing very helpful her name was tayna the lady who served me my food was amazing found out her name was Tracy

The food, service, and prices were excellent as usual. However, the atmosphere was somewhat spoiled by drunk foreigners at two separate tables speaking very loudly in Polish nearby. Hopefully, this was just a one-time occurrence.

Came for lunch onwards back from Norfolk. Nice up to date spoons pub. Clearly lack of kitchen staff or just glut of orders as near 1hr wait for food but they shut orders after us and staff kept us up to date. Food was fresh and tasty. Good selection of well kept ale too.
