Best Chinese in Hertford. Love the beef green pepper in black bean sauce and Singapore fried noodles

Such a good Chinese, however… the egg fried rice had a bit of egg that had gone green. However, otherwise it’s always been a great experience.

Really really nice Chinese take away, so much cleaner tasting and far less grease that the others in town.
