This spot was great, I am very surprised to see such rude reviews! Especially about the particular employees, I had a wonderful experience and it seemed everyone else was too! I ordered in and ordered a couple of plates to go and they were EXCELLENT, the service was amazing! They packed up everything exactly how I asked, were very cordial, and Karina was SO helpful, THANK YOU SO MUCH KARINA!!! They allowed me to customize a few plates and everything was delicious there and later! Great work team : I am a flight attendant from the United States and eat at restaurant three meals a day for over half my life..the angry reviews had a personal problem with a hostess I found to be charming, sweet, and helpful!

Very unpleasant waitress (probably Polish) with pink trousers and pink long fingernails and miserable face. Unpleasant way of speaking and very uninterested in her job. My little one and I came in to have an early dinner at around 3:30pm today (18 May 2023), and she just rolled her eyes. She showed no interest to serve us. When I came to the bar to pay, I had to wait while she slowly and hesitantly strolled through the restaurant to assist me with the bill. Her tone was rude and sounded quite rough. VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE. Children menu very poor, very little option, everything vegan. My little one is Not vegan. Never going back. Never recommending the place to no one. I left no tips for her.

We decided to go to this restaurant as we’d been here before it was good, after being seated the waitress came back and asked us what drinks we’d like- I asked about the beers as didn’t want one from a can-every beer I mentioned she thought I was asking for it, so I had to correct her and say no is it from a can, after drinks were ordered I asked for some water too, the drinks came the glass for the beer looked grubby and sweaty, the two glasses of water had bits in them and were dirty too! So I drank my beer from the bottle-thank god. Starters were ordered along with the mains, hubby couldn’t get what he wanted so ordered the soup starter and I ordered bruschetta-they were ok, not amazing. Mains-hubby ordered an oven baked pasta which was lush, I ordered the mushroom ravioli which was swimming in its own water where it hasn’t been drained much, so I drained off the excess in a glass that I didn’t use, the waitress came over asked if everything was ok, I said yeah it’s just watery, so she left me to it. Lastly we ordered a tiramisu which was lovely and a cappuccino which was an Americano with froth, it was nice but not a capp. I didn’t grumble as I had a gift card so didn’t see the point, but I will NEVER return, even if I go to that area I will go anywhere else. People save your money, the place is dirty unkempt, especially the floor ewwwww. Lastly even the dish our bill was on was dirty and had crumbs on it.

Poor food and slow service. My friend had the chicken Caesar salad and the lettuce was old and unappealing with little chicken however to be fair the waitress did remove it from the bill. My crab ravioli wasn’t anything like the description on the menu, the lobster bisque was more like a lemon cream and the pasta was dry on top. Decided we wouldn’t come back for a while as very disappointing.

The food was fabulous couldn’t be faulted and brought out fast. The service however was poor the restaurant was perhaps 1/3 full and took ages to order but then worse 45 mins to receive a bill (after asking twice) once we’d finished eating (our plates were clear so it was clear we were done). Don’t go if you’ve somewhere to be after!
