Mudlarks Garden Cafe

Brilliant vegan breakfast, so tasty and plenty of food. Even my husband was happy. Plus profits go to charity's for people with learning disabilities.

I’ve been meaning to visit Mudlarks for a while and finally got the opportunity today. I visited with a friend for lunch and loved the quirkiness of this cafe. Everyone was very friendly and the service was great. We had the jacket potato and salad for lunch which was delicious and a generous portion too. Will be back!

Nice hearty vegetarian soup and cheese scone. Well-served by enthusiastic and polite staff. Recommended.

Visited Mudlarks recently for lunch on our way to Ware for a family birthday celebration. I have recently changed my diet to mainly plant based food, no fat, no dairy due to gallbladder infection. I chose the one pot red curry with the salad and an apple and blackcurrant fruit tea. The food was so tasty and filling. Excellent value and staff very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend this Cafe. Thank you

Despite what is written on their website, this cafe is not accessible for a mobility scooter. I was passing the other day and saw an elderly chap try to ride his mobility scooter inside but there was too big a step at the threshold to permit him yo do so. Clearly a threshold ramp or two is/are needed.
