Mcdonald's - East Hemet

Concretely ordered a cheeseburger, asked to add it speck. I go to take a bite and open the burger, but there is no patty. this is not the first time I had a problem with mcdonalds. Last time I was served a raw chicken sandwich. fries are always greasy and soggy. they would not almost wait 20 minutes for a small order recommend

So, I'm going out of mine to go to this mcdonald's, although there's a 2 minute from my house, because it's actually quite good because it's newer. Unfortunately this was not the case at our last visit. the three days old pommes we got and did not eat, although we paid for everyone like 4 were the biggest thing, but honestly, the thing was that my mcflurry wasn't even mixed up there. I have another problem before I leave.

The hashbrowns were good and fresh but the biscuit was so hard and stale I couldn’t actually eat it, I had to take the toppings off and eat them individually. There was no ice in my tea but that’s an easy fix, just annoying more than anything. I am disappointed because the price has gone up so much and quality and size have just gone down substantially, probably won’t visit this location again. The one on Stetson by state is much much better.

Ordered 3 milkshakes and a caramel Frappe through the app. Get to the drive thru and there is a sign that OF COURSE their ice cream machine isn't working so no shakes and such. I tell the guy my situation and pull up to the 1st window. The woman says that I'm too close for the app to cancel the order never heard that before and that once I drive away, it should, HOPEFULLY cancel the order. It stayed as pending on my card for the weekend and come Monday, it was processed. The order was never canceled. I should have called and complained and gotten my 8 and change refunded to me, buy honestly, I didn't have the mental strength to explain it and deal with potential stupidity that may come my way. This McDonald's has always been awful; from the food, to the employees, and most importantly, THE SERVICE. I'll never, EVER give this place my business again. I knew better this time, but was trying to give them a chance....MISTAKE.

So I did a walk in, ordered food it’s smell like pee. ordered chicken sandwich they were hard. no ice in ice maker for drinks. didn’t get a cup when I ordered a drink then I asked the clerk behind to get ice she act like she didn’t want to help and I didn’t trust her as far as maybe putting something in my drink because she went towards the back so I ended up tossing it but they need to step up their game make sure the supplies is rejuvenated
