They Only take Phone orders and they often stop answering the phone for orders at a certain time of day. Usually we'll before they close this happens often ... very unprofessional. Hard to support a business that treats their customers like that.

Called my order in for pick up at 5 o’clock pulled up at 5:45 and they told me there were people still ahead of me and I had to wait but my food was ready. The whole Pull up and wait till one server brings out each individual order to your car is insane.

10/7-Is there a new cook? Food wasn't the same. Also, when I ask for WELL DONE fries get white, barely cooked ones, it's like asking for a well done steak they bring it to u cooked rare. Had to drop my rating from a 5 to a 3. This is THE BEST Harold's I've been to! My order is always correct the food is always delicious. I would have given 5 stars but the ordering pickup process needs to be fixed. Things would go much smoother if we could order pay online, or pay with a card at pickup.

It is hard to get in touch with them to place a order just go to another location called for 10 minutes n just got ignored

Food is not as good as it used to be, and the portions have gotten very small
