Claire's Corner Copia - East Haven

Claire's is an exceptional restaurant. I ordered a vegan grilled cheese sandwich topped with avocado, tomatoes, and vegan bacon, and it was the best grilled cheese I've ever had. I also noticed the great relationship Claire has with her staff; she actively involves them in making menu decisions and clearly respects their opinions. It's evident that this restaurant fosters a strong sense of integrity, camaraderie, and warmth among its employees, owners, and customers. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return many times in the future.

Absolutely amazing vegetarian food! Since moving here, I’ve heard everyone rave about this place: “If you’re a vegetarian, you must try Claire's Corner Copia; it's incredible.” Finally, I got to experience it, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! My feet are chilly now because I can’t stop raving about it. I definitely recommend it!

Delicious vegan chocolate cake! I didn't even know it was vegan. (No allergy to coconuts. The place also looks good, and it is quite warm compared to the outdoor winter air. Many vegetarian and vegan options, many friendly people, lots of fun all around!

Food is good. Not exceptionally astounding, but it doesn’t need to be, especially for a place that specializes in vegetarian and vegan recipes — impressive that they are still highly capable of making a good, classic burrito or pizza. Staff are very nice, service is good. Location is convenient. Best part is probably the atmosphere— very welcoming, good lighting and music, all around a great place to meet up with a friend or grab some coffee. Would recommend for a casual outing somewhere.
