Boston Market - East Hanover

Although I hadn't been to Boston Market in over 20 years, I felt compelled to give it a try. I was disappointed to find that the decor and atmosphere felt outdated. However, the garlic and herb 1/2 chicken I ordered was delicious. The meat was juicy, flavorful, and fell off the bone. Paired with the potatoes and vegetables, it was a comforting and satisfying meal. The person who prepared the chicken did a fantastic job. I hope that Boston Market can better market their food because it truly is delicious!

In this Boston market, which has been open for two years, I had a great experience. The restaurant was clean and the staff, especially Cathy, was fantastic. Cathy showed a true passion for her job as she helped me choose the perfect items for my family, providing generous portions that filled our bowls for our family of four. She also informed me about a promotion offering a book of vouchers for 2022 for just $1, with proceeds supporting the 'Make a Wish Foundation' and a children's village in Florida. Despite it being a busy Sunday morning during a hectic time of year, Cathy's cheerful demeanor brightened my day. I appreciate the warm and caring atmosphere at Boston Market and enjoyed the dill potatoes I brought home. Thank you, Cathy - we will definitely be back sooner next time.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The food, especially for a chain restaurant, was delicious and they took care to secure every package to prevent leaking. They had great deals, so I opted for the two meat combination. I have frequented this restaurant often in the past few years and would definitely come back again.
