Gabe's Bagels - East Hanover Township

The food here is fantastic! They serve the best bagels I've ever had, and their breakfast burritos are equally delicious. My only issue is that occasionally, we don't receive what we ordered. I'm unsure if this is a problem with the DoorDash menu and how it processes at the restaurant's end.

You definitely need to visit in person, as DoorDash doesn't seem to function well for this place. My in-person experience deserves a 5/5 because the bagels are fantastic. However, there seems to be an issue with their DoorDash management.

The food lacked seasoning, which wouldn't be a problem if there were options available on the side. Unfortunately, there’s no option to add special requests or instructions for your meal. The hash browns came completely unseasoned, without any salt or flavor. Additionally, you can't choose between a roll or bagel for your breakfast sandwich, nor select the type of bagel. I'm not sure if the issue lies with Dunkin' or Gabe's Bagels, but it certainly leaves a negative impression. In-store, this place is fantastic, but my experience through DoorDash was disappointing. I might try calling the store directly after placing a DoorDash order in the future.
