I recently had an amazing dining experience at The Blend in East Hampton, and I can't wait to share my review! From the moment I walked in, the service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was top-notch. Now let's talk about the food. My sisters and I attended dinner here a couple nights ago and were met with careless staff management. We have been coming to this restaurant as locals for years and will sadly not be returning. While celebrating a belated birthday dinner, the table received bread. My one sister opened a piece of the bread to find a RUSTY 3 inch nail in the loaf. We told our waitress immediately and we were told “oh darn, we don’t make the bread here it is out sourced” that being said there was no apology given at that point on. Not only did this set a tone for the rest of our evening but we spent well over $300 to be thrown to the side when an actual Rusty nail was found in our food. There was no solutions offered from the management and the whole situation was handled completely unprofessionally.
