Contribuiți la feedbackTo take my parents to the Swiss chalet every Friday night, since my father had to stop it, was the best thing ever. this situation has amazing employees who feel them like family. when covid19 met the restaurant industry, we supported this location with a Friday night. we went back to the inside restaurant and the staff welcomed us to a very safe dining experience. we felt that we were visiting old friends who we had not seen in one. at our visit tonight they asked how he was, but unfortunately my father died last week. the employees came to our table and offered contingency. that made my mother so special. this location has really amazing personal. shout after lorraine a manager who greets us every week and comes to chat at table, to the amazing servers anna, jamie, rania that make our experience so pleasant. we always had amazing eating every week and love to support this place. a great thank you to nelson, the owner who said that our meal was in the house tonight, as he wanted to offer our family support. my mother could not believe it, even in these difficult times for restaurants they went the extra miles. again many thanks to nelson, lorraine, anna, jamie and rania as well as to all other hard workers of the Swiss chalet in yonge and greenlane in east gwillimbury . I highly recommend this place. this is my friend

After a funeral service, a family gathered at this Swiss Chalet restaurant, the favorite of the deceased nanny. Nelson was fantastic in helping to organize everything, and Lorraine managed the arrival of 50 people like a pro. The wait staff was also attentive and helpful. Overall, a big thank you for helping us turn this somber day into a celebration of life.
My family and I went to this restaurant on a weeknight with our two children. We waited for an hour for our meals - two for the kids and two for the adults. The wait was unacceptable, especially since the room was uncomfortably filled with smoke from the kitchen. The restaurant's time management with cooking and serving customers was terrible considering the number of people in the restaurant. However, our waitress was great and seemed genuinely apologetic for the delay. When we spoke to the manager about the issue, they offered to comp our children's meals.
Wonderful spot. Be sure to generously tip the staff, as they are exceptionally friendly and deserving.
