I ordered the brisket at this restaurant and it was delicious. I informed the staff about my gluten intolerance and they took special care to avoid any sauces I couldn't have and changed their gloves. The gluten-free bread was also very tasty. The prices were a bit high, but it was worth it for the peace of mind of being able to eat safely.

The gluten-free bun (Schar) was toasted and tasty. While the subs are a bit pricey, the peace of mind of being able to eat safely was well worth it.
