East Grinstead Pizza

I celebrated my graduation last night in this delicious restaurant. Well it was a incredible evening and the place was evidently the reason for the happy gathering. The waiters contributed in a very nice manner, the cooking was extremely good and my friends were extremely overjoyed. We shall surely come back again for more events. Thank you very much.

Usually it's really good, but can be inconsistent, but usually good. Today's was terrible, I had a meat pizza, there was so much cheese on it that it was all I could taste and it arrived luke warm (both unusual for pizza post). The cheese obviously isn't the most authentic mozzarella, which is the same with all pizza places, but this cheese was disgusting, both texture and taste. I don't think the cheese was different to what they usually use, just that there seemed to be about 4 times much as usual and it meant that was all I could taste. The cheesy chips were also disappointing, it was chips with a cheese sauce, which is fine as I like cheese sauces, but they arrived already basically cold (I live a 2 minute drive away from the restaurant). I don't know if they had been kept out, but I'm certain that the cheese sauce must be cold or not warm in the slightest when put on the chips, it also doesn't really taste of anything. So the result was a luke warm pizza that was disgusting (I ate 2 slices before giving up), and soggy cold chips that weren't appealing with a tasteless sauce (we ate maybe 15 chips)I'm not saying pizza post is bad, because it's usually good, but I am saying that its terribly inconsistent, a problem they need to sort out. I also really don't understand putting luke warm sauce on the chips, that's never going to work, especially if they are then covered up to be delivered.

Very good vegetarian pizza made super quick at the very end of the night. Cheesy chips were also a very nice cheeky add-on!!

Love this place, the pizzas and hamburgers are delicious.
