Contribuiți la feedbackI'll never order from here online again. Every time it's wrong. And you can't even get it fixed by the restaurant. You cannot speak to anyone over the phone. I am stuck at work and can't get my $20 burrito bowl fixed. I ordered double sofritas and did no receive. I asked for light rice and extra black beans and extra salsa and did not receive it that way. I also ordered chips and they were stale. If you don't watch them make it, it's not going to be right. I feel like I got totally ripped off.
Extremely disappointed in the quality of food lately. Meats have been undercooked nor do they have anything in stock. Ever since Julian left this place it has slowly gone down hill. Wish they could bring the spice and flare back to this location!
WARNING!! This location has REPEATEDLY given me chicken, beef, carnitas when I have ordered sofritas. I have dietary restrictions and am vegan. Not only do they put the wrong protein but they have also put sour cream and or cheese in my burrito bowls when it wasn?t included in the order. I always place my orders online through the app, same as always. When I have the time, I?ll open the bowl and make sure it?s accurate? but I shouldn?t have to do that! I have no problems at the other locations in the area but there?s always issues with this franchise. It would be one thing if this has happened 1-2 times, but now it?s been about 4-5 at this location and it?s unacceptable. I?ve tried to file a complaint through the website since they don?t take phone calls besides online orders and the requests don?t process through. This is very disappointing. Bad customer service. Today I couldn?t even eat my lunch when I got back to work and had to throw it out. Just be prepared that if you order from this location, there?s a good chance it?s not going to be accurate. People with food restrictions and allergies BEWARE!!!
Best Chipotle out of the ones I visit. Staff is always friendly and talkative and they consistently keep the line moving. Even when it's busy with a line everyone is always upbeat and I never get the impression people are annoyed or stress by watching and listening to how they engage with guests.
The quantity of food provided has progressively fallen and it is especially bad on days that tend to be busy. Today was a joke ...I waited 20 minutes to pick up my pre-ordered food, went home and opened to find barely half-filled containers. As another reviewer notes, it feels increasingly ridiculous to pay $10 for the tiny amounts of food in the take-out container. Come on, folks, you know which days are going to be busy ...plan accordingly and don't shaft your paying customers! Not ordering from here any more.
