The Spud Jr - East Grand Forks

The food at this restaurant was delicious. Our server was outstanding - friendly, polite, and had a great sense of humor. The prices were reasonable. However, the atmosphere was not what I was anticipating. I was expecting a more traditional Spud-like vibe, but instead it resembled more of a modern, spacious, rustic bar. It wasn't necessarily a bad look, just different from what I was expecting. Perhaps some nostalgic posters or decorations could enhance the ambiance. Overall, a good experience but not exactly what I had in mind.

The food, atmosphere, and drink options at this restaurant were all excellent. The server provided fantastic service.

My family had a great experience ordering three different meals from The Spud Jr. Although the combination of mac 'n cheese on a burger may seem excessive, my daughter found it to be delicious. I was hesitant about trying the jalapenos and PB/jam on a grilled cheese sandwich, but it turned out to be surprisingly delightful. The service, even though we did takeout, was fantastic and the staff was very friendly. Ordering online was also incredibly convenient. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience.

Family friendly. If you like poutine, this is your place. The sandwiches and burgers are good and they have a different twist than your normal ones.

This restaurant is amazing! The fries are hands down the best I've had anywhere. I can't quite explain why they are so good, but they are definitely worth trying. The BBQ items, like the brisket, were also delicious. The service was outstanding. The atmosphere was decent, although not our top choice. It felt a bit too much like a bar for our liking.
