Five Guys - East Glenville

I accidentally ordered from the wrong store while placing an online order, but the manager at the Glenville location was fantastic! He promptly assisted me in transferring my order to the correct store by personally calling them. I greatly appreciate his help and understanding.

I found the burger to be absolutely delicious, though I wasn't a fan of the fries. The prices felt excessive, and the cashier had a rather robotic demeanor, lacking friendliness. I ordered a regular cheeseburger but was mistakenly charged for a double cheeseburger. Since I wasn't in the mood for a double, I simply removed one of the patties and enjoyed it that way—it was quite tasty! The restaurant itself had a charming atmosphere, but unfortunately, the soda machine was out of order.

I ordered 4 burgers and 2 fries for delivery and only got half my order and I called them. They had me pick up the other two burgers, and the ones I got at home became cold and soggy. When I went in explaining my 2 burgers at home will be cold, he said “we should re-do the whole order” and l said “yes you should” and I waited in the parking lot and received just two burgers in bowls they forgot to get delivered to me. When I asked where’s the whole order, he said he never agreed to that. I wasted $80.00 for 4 cold burgers, plus time and gas for me to get my whole order, plus paying Uber eats fee and 20% tip! I rarely order delivery because it’s so expensive, but my wife had major back surgery 4 weeks ago and decided to treat my family. Never again will I order from them. What a mess.

Do NOT order with the app. It said the order would take 11-13 minutes. It has been FORTY FIVE MINUTES of waiting and they just started on my order. Meanwhile people are walking in, ordering at the counter and getting their food. One woman got five burgers, fries, and a shake. How is this possible

I really love the fries they're so salty and delicious the burgers are really good too I like the Reesie peanut butter cup milkshakes they're so good
