Chipotle Mexican Grill - East Glenville

The beans are always hard as rocks here and the old white lady in the drive thru was completely miserable. Started with giving me the drink cup and lid without anything in it...and just staring at me when i wouldn't take it. Then gave me the bag in a rush that had everything thrown into it, causing the sauce to spill all over. I hand it back cause no. That needs to be fixed, but she didn't like that. Half wiped down everything but the bowl stayed the same, covered in sauce and again she just puts everything in the bag in the same way, not neatly how it's normally done. Ridiculous, especially for $20.

The two younger girls making our food were so kind and sweet. The older woman at the register is nasty. Any time I come here she ALWAYS has an attitude for no reason and makes you feel like you inconvenienced her for making her do her job. It’s so uncomfortable dealing with her.

I absolutely enjoy the food here! My son usually gets a chicken burrito with all the grilled veggies and rice and also the chips and salsa and sometimes the guacamole. The proportion is huge! I usually get the burrito bowl but recently stopped getting chicken in it and just leaving it pure vegetables. That is the only thing I do not like about Chipotle is the meat. They don't cut off the fat or take out tendons and weird things in the meat and I always end up getting drizzle and gross things and I have to pick it out. That's why I gave it four stars. I really like the corn salsa and the fresh tomato salsa and the guacamole is very creamy and delicious. The chips are very crunchy and they have a limey taste to them which I like alot!

If I could give zero stars, I would.My husband and I decided to stop here on our way home from work, placed the order at 6pm. Given a 6pm drive through time, perfect.Pull up at 6:10 and no one greeted us at the window. After about 5 mins of waiting at the window the employee asked for a name and we were told there would be an additional 10 minute wait, we could “come inside or pull around again in 10.”I waited in the parking lot for the additional 10 minutes just told go inside and wait in a huge pile of people (who had been waiting since 5:45 none the less) to tell the girl my name and for her to say “ten minutes”.I asked for a refund because at that point the restaurant was full of irritated people who were waiting for orders and I was loosing patience thinking about how long I was waiting and about trying to beat the snow storm back home.The girl walked away from me and came back to say “did you really want the refund?” When I said “yes” she proceeded to refund the transaction.Upon my return home and looking at the refund receipt… I was shorted on the refund.

Good customer service. Small parking lot. Lily is the
