Mcdonald's - East Dougherty

Very very rude customer service, I was called the N word, by young lady that works in the evening shift, play Young Afro-American, about some ketchup that wasn't on the counter. Ask to speak to the evening manager and the nice young man came back and stated that she said she was too busy. Andy young lady still continue to call me the n-word. Unacceptable. Would be seeking legal advice. The whole situation does not sit well with me. That was this Tuesday

This location is VERY slow to get you the food you order. They are also rude.

Did not get my food or my refund on my mobile order. Dont fall for the saying it will go back on your card.The absolute worst food and service.

Food was colder than room temperature and employee was snarky

Very polite and quick service, my food was just as I asked it to be and hot not warmed over.
