The Coffee Lounge - East Dorset

Although my toast arrived quickly, the water I had requested did not. My friend's panini and my fruit loaf and coffee took a long time to arrive, as the staff mentioned that it was difficult to coordinate everything together. Additionally, my friend noticed someone else being served soup, which was not on the menu and had not been mentioned as an option when I inquired about other menu choices. The staff were pleasant but not very helpful, and the service was slow, especially for a small and not very busy café. I believe this restaurant would be ideal for a leisurely coffee and cake outing, but I would not recommend it for a lunch option.

I visit the coffee lounge three times a week on average to enjoy their delicious homemade cake and hot chocolate. The service provided by the lovely girls, Sandra, Angela, and Fiona, is always accompanied by a smile. I also like to read the Bournemouth Echo while I'm there.

The coffee is delightful, the staff is wonderful, and the treats are tempting. The restaurant also offers great facilities for hosting meetings.

I needed to send out some packages and the staff at the restaurant was incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided me with a computer to use for printing out postage labels, as well as offering me a delicious coffee and a tasty egg dish. I highly recommend stopping by this restaurant for everyone!

This charming little coffee shop in the heart of West Moors is a hidden gem. The staff are incredibly friendly and provide excellent service. They offer a variety of small bites and sandwiches, as well as chocolates for sale at the counter. Additionally, they frequently host consulting events.
