Mcdonald's Ferndown - East Dorset

Absolutely horrible, couldn’t even get a simple order correct even after I told them what was missing and very rude staff.

We were left waiting on one side of the drive-thru while several cars that arrived after us were able to place their orders and move through the line. We were asked to wait multiple times but in the end, we drove through without ordering. We requested to speak to the manager, who eventually arrived. We explained the situation to him, but he had difficulty hearing one person in the car and later told him not to shout. Despite not being rude to the manager, it was clear he had dealt with similar situations before. We left without purchasing any food and did not receive an apology from the manager. When we suggested that the drive-thru staff receive additional training, we were told it was not necessary. We were very disappointed with the treatment we received at this location and ended up getting a meal from a different restaurant. We do not plan to return to this branch in the future and would not recommend it to others.

I ordered a bacon and egg McMuffin meal at the drive-thru. I waited about 5 minutes at the collection window before receiving my food. After driving 30 seconds to the car park, I found that all the food, including the coffee, was cold. I didn't have time to complain, so I ended up throwing everything away.

I ordered several items for my son's birthday through their delivery service. Unfortunately, my son's food was completely missing, which was supposed to be his special birthday meal. The assistant manager at the restaurant showed no concern. The customer service on the app was also inadequate. Thanks for ruining my son's birthday, McDonald's!

McTerrible. The worst MD in town. The service is awful, the quality of the food is terrible, burgers are thrown together with no care or consideration for what they are serving up.
