7-eleven - East Dennis

Great store on our visits. Never bought a sandwich from the shop inside, so I can't comment on that, but the usual 7-11 stuff was great. Iced Latte's seem to be empty/missing from a lot of other 7-11's, but here they had all the flavors and were full. Store is big and roomy. Our visits were during the day and the employees checking out were all friendly.

Delicious sub shop onsite (people were calling an hour in advance to order), very crowded, no public restrooms.

Terrible customer service. I was threatened to have the cops called on me when I tried to buy sunflower seeds. My friends had gone in to purchase alcohol, and she was fine with all their ids. She asked for mine and I obliged even though I was not getting any alcohol. She began harassing me and repeating that she thought my id was fake. What made the situation worse was she refused to scan it or look at the other various forms of identification I said I could provide

Evening crew, not to friendly. Products on shelf always low. Point system is not right I go to store in morning I Have10,000 points go after work have 7,900 without going to store all day..

The customer service I received was just fine. However, on all three of the subs I purchased the rolls were all stale. I find that the small ones tend to be but, the large sub rolls tend to be fresher. Not sure why this is.
