Food was very good but the pub was very busy, as it was a Christmas market day and took a long time to come….. the staff were very pleasant we would definitely book again.

We stopped here for Breakfast. This is a lovely cosy pub with a traditional feel and we received a warm friendly welcome. We had 2 breakfasts and coffees. The food was excellent freshly cooked, hot and very good portions all for just over £15. Great value and looking at the menu all food is very well priced. Highly recommend we will definitely return.

While visiting the area, we stumbled upon this pub and decided to stop in for lunch. The food on the menu seemed fairly priced for a typical pub setting. I opted for the sausage and mash, but I must admit I would have preferred fewer sausages of higher quality, like the ones I get at my local spot.

My husband and I enjoyed a delicious dinner at this restaurant. I had the roast turkey, while my husband had the roast pork loin. The food was served with a side of vegetables. The portion sizes could have been a bit larger, but overall, the meal was really tasty.
