I'm not sure fast food restaurants are supposed to have a top quality atmosphere... But it was clean and the customer service was really good. The wait was reasonably long, however, the meal was as expected. Kid-friendliness: No matter how noisy or dirty your kids can get, fast food restaurants can cater. Went to order food here in drive through, I had young lady answer and heard some random cat noises in background from her co workers. Proceeded to driveway which I sat watching them for 20 minutes throwing straws around and didn’t even come up to me for payment. I decided to leave honestly I just was really hungry and thought I’d get nice burger for myself. I understand they are kids but this is a job at end of the day. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru to get served and another 8 minutes waiting for the burger and chips, they were both luke warm, in fact the chips were less than warm. Horrible! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered 2 burgers with simple changes for my kids. Had to repeat the order again when paying as they had totally wrong changes. When I got the orders they were so far wrong. I called management for a refund and was told in 2024 they are unable to refund to a card over the phone. I was doing that for customers a decade ago.
