Louie Brunswick Square - East Brunswick

I really enjoy the interior; it’s spacious and beautifully designed. What I particularly love is the outdoor seating area, which is lovely and inviting. Unfortunately, it was windy today, so we couldn’t sit outside. The food is excellent. I have to say that the avocado toast I had was the best I’ve ever tasted—a perfect blend of flavors that was absolutely delectable. The staff were attentive and their friendliness made us feel very welcome. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We arrived around 7 PM and were informed that there was a 25-minute wait for outdoor seating (despite many empty tables, likely due to a lack of personalization) or a 20-minute wait for bar seating, but we could be seated immediately inside. As we headed to our table, the General Manager asked if we would prefer to sit outside. We told him we would love to sit outdoors on such a beautiful night. He promptly arranged for us to be seated outside, and we received excellent service from our waitress, who was also training another server. The food and drinks were fantastic that evening.

Suzy and Ed provided an outstanding experience at the bar today! Ed's casual description of her brand new Tostada Burger was truly captivating. He always keeps me informed about the Happy Hour specials—who doesn't love that? And the service is prompt! Suzy's Grand Lemon Drop was just as impressive, matching her inviting and energetic personality! Overall, it was a fantastic visit. As a regular at Bar Louie, I hope to see Suzy get more opportunities to showcase her skills behind the bar. I'll definitely be back soon!

This was our first time, and the food and service exceeded our expectations. Our server Kayla was super sweet and attentive. We ordered the voodoo pasta and pepperoni pizza and they were delicious. The drinks were also great!

Bar Louie regularly provides a welcoming atmosphere and perhaps the best outdoor seating bar in the area. Every bartender and server I have interacted with was friendly, professional, and inviting. As a local, I have been here many times and I have consistently had a positive experience, particularly with the service staff. Due to how my off-work schedule aligns with theirs, I have had the most experience with (please pardon any spelling errors Michelle, Jamie, Alan, Jack, Michelle (who helped me with my Spanish! and more recently Annie who gave great wine recommendations and Jazz who was a fantastic server. I'm sure the rest of the team is great as well, I just haven't had the pleasure of meeting them yet. Thank you for being a consistently great place to come to for relaxation on my days off! Cheers
