The service is good at this restaurant. The coffee at this specific location tastes more diluted than usual, but overall it is in a convenient location.

This restaurant can get crowded, but the staff does a great job of keeping the line moving. I appreciate that they consistently get my coffee order right. Keep up the good work!

I had the best experience at this restaurant with fast and friendly service. However, I was disappointed to find out that they no longer have hazelnut coffee. I will not be returning to Dunkin' Donuts until they bring back the hazelnut swirl. The location has recently been updated and the lobby is very pleasant.

More often than not, I receive my coffee with sugar even when I don't request it. I prefer my coffee without sugar and it's frustrating that this keeps happening, especially since I use the app to customize my order. When I went to the restaurant to speak to the manager about the issue, they became defensive and suggested I should have contacted them first before approaching them in person. This is not ideal for me as I often order in a rush before work and don't have the chance to taste the coffee until later. It's disappointing that my simple request for no sugar in my coffee was met with such a negative response from the manager.

When I asked for a hot decaf coffee, the waiter smiled and told me they only served it cold. Trying to convince me to drink regular coffee instead is not the same thing, so I decided to leave because I don't enjoy regular coffee. This was my first and last time visiting this restaurant.
